Hereafter referred to as ‘Top Grade Cookware’.

We do not resell personal information and do not pass on your personal information to others, it is only registered in our customer directory. You can have your information deleted at any time.

In order for you to enter into an agreement with Top Grade Cookware, we need the following information:

  • Address
  • Telephone number
  • E-mail address

We register your personal data with the aim of being able to deliver the goods to you.

The personal information is registered with Top Grade Cookware and stored for up to five years, after which the information is deleted.

When personal data is collected via our website, we ensure that it always happens by giving your express consent, so that you are informed about exactly what information is collected and why.

The director and the employees of Top Grade Cookware have access to the information registered about you.

Consent Newsletter

By signing up for our newsletter, you accept these terms.

Top Grade Cookware has the option to change these terms. If you do not cancel your subscription to the newsletters, this will be considered your acceptance of these amended terms and conditions. However, you will always be informed about the changes.

Registration
In connection with your registration for our newsletter, we must use your name and your e-mail address. We hereby do not register any other information in connection with the registration.

Use of your e-mail address
After your registration, we use your e-mail address to send out newsletters that contain information about current knowledge, e.g. relevant offers, competitions etc. tips and tricks for better sleep. The newsletter is generally sent 24-36 times a year.

Your e-mail will be passed on to our suppliers for sending out newsletters. We currently use Klaviyo

Collection of information
We register your activity in connection with the newsletters, including whether you open them, how long you have them open, when it is deleted and possibly if you click on some links.
This information is used to improve and target our service to the recipient’s interests.

When the information about your use of the newsletter is used for statistical purposes, it is anonymised in this connection.

Storage of your information
Your information is stored and processed confidentially and securely. Our subcontractors Klaviyo and ourselves have implemented the necessary technical and organizational security measures to ensure that your information is not misused, comes to the knowledge of unauthorized persons, is accidentally or illegally destroyed, lost or degraded or otherwise processed in violation of personal data legislation.

Your name and email are stored until you are no longer subscribed to our newsletter.

Unsubscribing from the newsletter
If you unsubscribe from our newsletter, we will delete your name and e-mail from the contact list. You can always unsubscribe from the newsletter by clicking “unsubscribe newsletter” at the bottom of the email.

Once you have unsubscribed, you will not receive anything from us unless you have given your consent for us to contact you.

If we have your information from other contexts, this is not affected by your unsubscribing from the newsletter. We can therefore continue to process your information if we have your consent or another processing authority for this.

In connection with the cancellation, all your information is deleted. However, anonymized data for statistical purposes will not be deleted, as they are anonymized in a way where it is not possible to de-anonymize them.

Correction of information
If you should have corrections to the information we have about you, you can change them at any time. Either by unsubscribing from the newsletter and signing up again, or by contacting us at info@topgradecookware.com.

You always have the right to gain insight into which personal data we process about you. We will process your personal data until we no longer have a purpose for it or you withdraw your consent. You can withdraw your consent by unsubscribing from the newsletter, see section above.

Transfer to a third party
In the event that the activities of Top Grade Cookware are transferred to a third party, you give your consent for the third party to contact you on the same terms as stated in these conditions. This ensures that you can continue to receive the newsletter.

Appeal options

A complaint about a product or service can be submitted to Nævnenes Hus, the Mediation Team for Consumer Complaints, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg via  the Complaint Portal for Nævnenes Hus . The mediation team will try to resolve the dispute by mediation, and if it is not possible to find a solution, you can bring the complaint before the Consumer Complaints Board.

It is basically a prerequisite for making a complaint that the product or service about which you want to complain has cost at least DKK 1,110 and a maximum of DKK 100,000. For complaints about clothes and shoes, the price must be at least DKK 720. The amount limits can be changed. You must pay a fee to have the complaint processed.

The EU Commission’s online complaints portal can also be used when submitting a complaint. This is particularly relevant if you are a consumer residing in another EU country. Complaints can be submitted here:
