Hereafter referred to as ‘Top Grade Cookware’.
Payment
Top Grade Cookware accepts online payments with credit/debit cards, Klarna, EPS, Bancontact, iDEAL, Przelewy24, Multibanco, PayPal and bank transfers.
The actual available payment methods can differ as some payment methods are country specific.
Payment will only be debited to your account when the physical item is shipped or the virtual product is created, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.
When paying by bank transfer no products will be shipped before the payment has been recieved in full.
All prices are inclusive of danish VAT and listed in EUR(€).
Top Grade Cookware uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol, which means your data is secure and cannot be read by other outsiders.
Reservation of amount
When using a payment card, debit as well as credit, a reservation is made for the amount traded for. This amount is reserved until we has processed and shipped your order. When the order has been dispatched, the money is withdrawn from the account.
With a debit card, you will be able to see that the money has been reserved on your account and that your available amount will appear here as being less. If you or us subsequently cancel the order, the webshop cannot withdraw the money, but the reservation will still apply for a period. Note that only your bank (or card issuer) will be able to cancel the reservation.
When paying by credit card, the money will only be withdrawn from your account and appear in your overview when we processes and withdraws the payment for your order
Delivery
The total delivery time is 1-3 days in the European Union. If you order before 20:00 UTC+1 the order will be shipped the same day.
Returns
There is a 30-day right of return for all purchases on the website. The 30 day period starts on the day the order is delivered.
To use the right of return please contact us by email. When returning an item you will be expected to pay for the freight to ship to product back to us.
As soon as we have received the goods, the money will be refunded to your account.

Note: We do not accept parcels for parcel shops.
If you do not collect your parcel from a parcel shop and it is sent back to us, it is not considered a return. In this case, you must notify us that you wish to exercise your right of return.
Right of complaint
There is a 2-year warranty on products in accordance with the Danish Sales Act. The right to complain applies to all errors in software, material and manufacturing.
Complaint regarding errors and defects must be reported to Top Grade Cookware within a reasonable time after receipt of the goods. Here the max. two months as a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed. We will refund reasonable shipping costs.
The complaint is waived in the event of incorrect or unusual operation of the product.
Top Grade Cookware covers the return costs to a reasonable extent.
